About Ron Keese and the Team...

Ron Keese discovered behavioral style selling after more than a dozen years as a successful financial consultant. Embracing this new concept, Ron quickly doubled his production. In the process, he refined and formalized his sales training approach, tailoring it to the unique aspects of the financial world.
Responding to many urgent requests of brokerage managers, Ron formed his remarkably effective Assessment Center in 1995. Soon thereafter, Ron initiated his very successful service to coach individuals toward greater personal and professional success. Ron Keese was listed as an honored professional in the American Directory of WHO'S WHO in Executives And Business.
The newest addition to the Keese Consulting Team is Jacqueline Spelts Roth.
She is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University with a degree in Communication
Studies. Her work experience in the securities industry has given her a
clear understanding of the need for effective communication and the value
good teamwork in the workplace. Her passion is in helping people be all
that they can be. Only through understanding ourselves can we begin to
understand others, and only through understanding others can we reach our
true potential. As our first Associate on the West Coast, we at Keese
Consulting look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with Ms. Roth.
