|
The Goal of The Assessment Process--Every day
we hear from people just like my friend. He grew up in a family of engineers. He naturally
assumed that he would be an engineer too. After struggling for 2 years in college chasing an
engineering degree and almost flunking out, he had all the engineering he could stand. He went on to
graduate from college with a degree in Marketing. Today he is a successful Financial Consultant.
My friend is one of the lucky ones. Many people are out of college and in a career for years
before they give up and try to find something they really want to do. |
|
Success is a Journey, Not a Destination. Our
goal is not to propose specific jobs or careers for you, but to just help you get started in the right
direction. |
|
